Sophie Smith is the Head of Business Development for Switzerland, France and Benelux at Citi Commercial Bank. With over 20 years at Citi, she has held a variety of client-facing and product specialist roles across Treasury and Trade Solutions, developing deep expertise in cash management, liquidity, payments and working capital solutions for multinational and mid-sized corporates. Throughout her career, Sophie has partnered with finance and treasury leaders to help them navigate an evolving payments landscape, optimise liquidity structures and support international growth. She is passionate about building long-term client relationships and bringing together Citi's global network and capabilities to solve complex treasury challenges. She is a regular speaker and moderator at industry events and enjoys facilitating discussions on the trends shaping the future of corporate treasury.
